Miscarriage/Cytotec
I recently had a miscarriage, however my body is still holding onto the baby. I was checked today (miscarriage started saturday, bled for about 30-40 minutes, no pain) and my cervix is still at 7 weeks or so. (I should be 10).
My doctor prescribed me Cytotec and I'm a nervous wreck on taking it. I've read horror stories (never google!) and I'm terrified of the pain and of bleeding too much or something insane like that.
I had to take it before my D&C. It does give you pretty bad cramps. I would see if maybe you could get pain meds as well. The rest I didn't go through naturally, so I'm not sure. If I had it to do over, I would go the cytotec route because I've been paying off the D&C since March. Good luck to you. Warm baths and relax.
